Public Cupping—Chicha Challenge
The Chicha Challenge, organized by Cultivar Peru, is named after the traditional Peruvian fermented corn drink and a vibrant cultural movement of art and music. The competition is a celebration of creativity, innovation, and mastery in coffee processing, drawing inspiration from Peru's rich heritage of fermentation.
This cupping features the winning lots from 12 of Peru finest producers. These microlots will be auctioned on the M-Cultivo platform on December 5, 2024.
The Green Forums is a monthly series that features coffee producers and importers alike. Coffees will be made available for the public to sample. This is a free, public event.
